To fill in Senior Administrator/Senior Officer, Project Services under Project Services Department. The potential candidate will be based in Abu Dhabi office. The Senior Officer/Senior Administrator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Provide full spectrum of administrative support for the team
2. Coordinate with different departments in order to provide smooth working environment
3. Knowledge in Oracle suite
4. Handle calendar and meeting arrangement
5. Coordinate and support CV coordination, setting up interview and onboarding the candidates
6. Preparing letters, transmittal, monthly reports, weekly reports, presentations, etc.
7. Audit documentation
8. Support IT for User Assessment testing (UAT)
9. Support Performance, Risk and Governance sub-function
10. Handle document control for projects and must be very proficient in Aconex document management system
11. Must be well versed in Aconex implementation, administration, set up and user training
12. Must be proficient for setting up document control requirements for the projects and implementation
13. Co-ordinate with various project stakeholders in establishing document control procedures and systems
14. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentations
15. Prepare/generate reports for the progress meetings/reporting and as and when requested by the team
16. In case of any absence or annual leave of team member(s); need to cover their duties as assigned
17. Must be well versed in MS office packages – Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
18. Knowledge of handling Sharepoint

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelors / Master Degree
2. Minimum of 15 years of Administration experience
3. Well versed in MS Office Packages
4. UAE experience
5. Good client-facing and communication skills
6. Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined
7. A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible
8. A “rounded profile”, comfortable with working with diverse team members
9. Effective in building good working relationships within the project team, and with project stakeholders
10. Software Knowledge of Share point, Oracle EBS
