A leading Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage multistory building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager, monitoring site execution, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with Dubai’s building regulations are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in planning coordinating and supervising construction activities.
Monitor site execution to ensure compliance with project specifications timelines and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors consultants and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
Supervise and inspect electromechanical and finishing works to maintain high-quality standards.
Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations safety protocols and project design requirements.
Review drawings specifications and technical documents to ensure proper execution.
Prepare project reports progress updates and documentation for management review.
Assist in budget tracking resource allocation and material procurement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
7 to 10 years of experience in construction preferably in multistorey building projects.
Strong knowledge of electromechanical works finishing works and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in project management software (Primavera MS Project) and AutoCAD.
Ability to interpret drawings specifications and technical reports.
Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Dubais building codes safety regulations and quality standards.
