• Prior RTA or Dubai Central Laboratory Approval is required.

Responsibilities

• Witness all laboratory and in-situ tests conducted by the contractor or third-party testers on materials and prepare samples for testing.
• Coordinate with the Work Inspector in charge to confirm approval of work for testing and address any concerns.
• Perform sampling and testing efficiently to avoid delays in the contractors operations.
• Conduct regular checks on delivered materials to ensure conformance with approved sources or suppliers.
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance processes.
• Review and approve testing and acceptance of materials used in the project.

Qualifications and Experience

• Inspector — Diploma or associate degree in engineering
• Engineer — Degree in Engineering
• Inspector — Minimum 7 years experience in construction of bridges, roads, infrastructure and irrigation projects
• Engineer — Minimum 8 years experience in construction of bridges, roads, infrastructure and irrigation projects

• Proven experience in materials/QA/QC within the construction industry
