Job summary

A leading property management company in Dubai is seeking an experienced leasing professional. The candidate will manage commercial leasing activities, perform market research, and negotiate leasing terms with tenants. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience in the UAE real estate market. The ideal candidate must have strong negotiation skills and an understanding of UAE laws affecting leasing. This role offers an opportunity to develop and implement a lucrative Specialty Leasing program.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant property leasing experience in the UAE.
  • Proven experience in commercial, retail, and/or residential leasing.
  • Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws and leasing procedures.
