A leading financial institution in Sharjah is seeking an experienced individual for Mortgage sales. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and promoting banking products. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in banking sales, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Full-time role with no remote work options.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in selling banking products.
  • Experience in selling banking products is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of FAB retail product.

Responsabilités

  • Achieve core product Mortgage sales targets.
  • Promote Core Product sales in assigned area.
  • Build and maintain effective business relationships with customers.
  • Conduct promotional activities in assigned area.

Description du poste

Core Responsibilities

  • To achieve or exceed agreed core product Mortgage sales targets to build new customer base in FAB Islamic.
  • To promote the sales of Core Product in assigned area or work.
  • To build and maintain effective business relationship with customers.
  • To assist in conducting promotional activities meetings and road shows in the assigned area to achieve the budgeted sales volumes.
  • To ensure the submitted customer applications and documentations are complete and error free.
  • To follow up for Document discrepancies which have been approved as Deferrals.
  • Minimize errors and act upon them for correction and re-submission if any.
  • To provide sales MIS and Daily reports to Team Leader on regular basis.
  • To provide ongoing customer / market feedback to Team Leader to improve business.
  • To build and maintain effective business relationship with Real Estate brokerage/ market.
  • To be undertaken in compliance at all times with Code of Conduct laid down policies and procedures.
  • To capitalize on-cross selling opportunities.
  • To perform additional duties if assigned so by management
  • To recommend customer applications which are considered good credit risk and as per FAB Islamic / Group policy.
  • Requires good Convincing and negotiating skills in view of complexity in the relevant product.
  • Be aware of competition and suggest changes for product improvements.
  • Maintain effective business relationship with all branches and internal departments.
  • To ensure that routine problems and complaints are handled professionally and only minimal significant issues are escalated to Team Leader.

Qualifications :

  • University Degree Preferred
  • 3-5years of experience in selling banking products in banks or in a financial industry.
  • Experience in selling banking products is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills (bilingual is an added advantage).
  • Sales diploma or certification desirable.
  • Knowledge of FAB retail product.
  • Proactive nature.
  • Customer focused and service quality.
  • Ability to develop strong professional relationship with senior managers in various corporate and government departments.
