In this role as an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure they gain maximum value from our property transaction data products.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and relationship development.
  • Conduct regular client review meetings to discuss product features, market insights, and business objectives.
  • Follow a pre‑determined contact plan to ensure contact KPI’s are met on a consistent basis.
  • Renewals & Upgrades: Proactively manage contract renewals ahead of expiry, addressing and overcoming client objections in a timely and consultative manner to ensure successful retention and renewal outcomes. Identify and recommend opportunities for product upgrades, cross‑sells, or additional services based on client objectives, usage patterns, and overall business growth potential.
  • Client Training & Support: Schedule and occasionally deliver training sessions, as needed, to ensure clients and their teams effectively utilize all platform features and maximize value from the service. Provide guidance and support to help clients interpret data and maximize the value of their subscriptions.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular performance reports and usage summaries to monitor client engagement, identify any drop in usage, and take proactive steps to address and improve adoption. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, renewals, and feedback in CRM systems and dashboards.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Bayut/Dubizzle Account Managers and key stakeholders within clients’ business departments to resolve client‑related matters efficiently and effectively. Share market insights and client feedback with internal teams to support product and service enhancement.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the UAE real estate market, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Leverage this knowledge to provide clients with relevant, data‑backed recommendations and insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Valid UAE licence required.
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years sales experience.
  • In‑depth understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts; strong knowledge of the local market; strong knowledge of sales processes, and competence displayed in challenging sales scenarios.
  • Demonstrates expert level objection handling tactics and identifies real objections; ability to deliver excellent customer experience; excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills; flexibility to learn new products over time.
  • Hands‑on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment; proactive approach to finding solutions; people‑oriented.
  • Team player with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
