We are a professional short-term rental management company operating multiple holiday home units in Abu Dhabi.

We are seeking an Operations Manager to take full ownership of guest communication while supporting daily operations and property readiness. The role acts as the central coordination point between guests, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring smooth operations, issue resolution, and end-to-end management of the guest journey and related operational tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, high accountability, and the ability to manage multiple operational matters simultaneously, making it a diverse, engaging, and rewarding position.

Physical presence in Abu Dhabi is required to handle on-site situations that cannot be resolved remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end guest communication before, during, and after stays, ensuring a professional and high-quality guest experience
  • Take full responsibility for guest-related issues, coordinating with internal teams and external service providers to ensure resolution
  • Support daily operational activities through administrative and coordination tasks
  • Assist with the initial setup and readiness of apartments, including furnishing coordination and contractor communication
  • Ensure apartments are fully prepared and presentation-ready for professional photo shoots
  • Maintain high operational standards by tracking tasks, following up consistently, and ensuring nothing is missed
