We are seeking an Operations Manager to take full ownership of guest communication while supporting daily operations and property readiness. The role acts as the central coordination point between guests, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring smooth operations, issue resolution, and end-to-end management of the guest journey and related operational tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, high accountability, and the ability to manage multiple operational matters simultaneously, making it a diverse, engaging, and rewarding position.
Physical presence in Abu Dhabi is required to handle on-site situations that cannot be resolved remotely.
The ideal candidate is a Filipino female professional between 30 and 45 years of age, with a strong hospitality mindset, high sense of responsibility, and the maturity to manage guest communication and operational tasks independently.
