Job summary
A private company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Workshop Supervisor to manage vehicle maintenance operations. You will oversee maintenance personnel, implement preventative programs, and maintain accurate vehicle records. Ideal candidates have a diploma in mechanical disciplines, with strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Qualifications

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Supervisor-Vehicle Maintenanceto join our client's private company in Abu Dhabi.
Performs supervisory duties in the implementation and management of a fleet operation and also performs supervisory and technical work in vehicle and equipment mechanics as needed.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all vehicles and equipment.
- Implements and monitors a preventative maintenance program to assure cost-effective maintenance.
- Maintains a complete inventory system by recording all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc.
- Analyze maintenance costs and provide recommendations on replacement.
- Ensure the maintenance records for all vehicles are accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate maintenance requirements to the manager to ensure maximum efficiency and implement corrective actions as required.
- Prepare management reporting as required.
- Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned
- Lead maintenance personnel in day-to-day activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Prepare regular weekly and monthly maintenance reports and parts usage.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:Diploma in Mechanical
Skills and Competencies:
- Good communication in English, and Arabic will be an added advantage.
