We are hiring a skilled and experienced Supervisor-Vehicle Maintenanceto join our client's private company in Abu Dhabi.

Performs supervisory duties in the implementation and management of a fleet operation and also performs supervisory and technical work in vehicle and equipment mechanics as needed.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all vehicles and equipment.
• Implements and monitors a preventative maintenance program to assure cost-effective maintenance.
• Maintains a complete inventory system by recording all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc.
• Analyze maintenance costs and provide recommendations on replacement.
• Ensure the maintenance records for all vehicles are accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate maintenance requirements to the manager to ensure maximum efficiency and implement corrective actions as required.
• Prepare management reporting as required.
• Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned
• Lead maintenance personnel in day-to-day activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Prepare regular weekly and monthly maintenance reports and parts usage.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.
