Fertilizer Registration, Sales & Marketing Manager – Dubai
Job summary
A leading agricultural firm in Dubai seeks a professional to manage fertilizer registration with UAE authorities while building a client base across farms and distributors. Your role involves preparing documentation, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research. Candidates should have expertise in fertilizers/agro-chemicals, excellent communication skills, and hold a relevant degree. Responsibilities
- Manage fertilizer registration with MOCCAE & relevant UAE authorities.
- Prepare and submit documentation; follow up on approvals, testing & renewals.
- Coordinate regulatory documents during import.
- Build and grow client base: farms, nurseries, landscaping companies, distributors.
- Conduct meetings, product presentations & market visits.
- Achieve sales targets and grow market presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Represent the company at exhibitions & agri-events.
Skills
Education
Manage fertilizer registration with MOCCAE & relevant UAE authorities.
Prepare and submit documentation; follow up on approvals, testing & renewals.
Coordinate only regulatory documents during import (no logistics work).
Build and grow client base: farms, nurseries, landscaping companies, distributors, government entities.
Conduct meetings, product presentations & market visits.
Achieve sales targets and grow market presence.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Represent the company at exhibitions & agri-events.
- 3–5 years’ experience in fertilizers/agro-chemicals/agri-inputs in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of MOCCAE fertilizer registration procedures.
- Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business or related field.
- Excellent communication & documentation skills.
- English fluency (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
- UAE driving licence is NOT required.
