Role Summary

We are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies and ensure compliance with Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) regulations in offering CFDs to retail customers.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting financial products evaluating client risk profiles and enhancing brand visibility. The position is based in Dubai office.

What Would Be Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on acquiring and retaining retail traders that align with SCA regulations and guidelines.
  • Oversee the marketing of financial products ensuring that all marketing messages are accurate and compliant.
  • Collect required information and data to assess clients’ capability and tendency to afford risks, creating detailed risk profiles.
  • Conduct market research to understand retail customer needs, preferences and behaviours regarding CFD products.
  • Design targeted promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility, attract new retail customers and retain existing clients.
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal and risk management teams to align marketing strategies with company policies.
  • Analyse the performance of marketing activities and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Create educational materials that explain CFD products, risks and trading strategies to promote customer understanding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, consumer insights and regulatory updates for senior management.
What We Require From You
  • Excellent understanding of financial markets and trading products, particularly CFDs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing and content marketing.
  • Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on compliance and ethical marketing practices and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Please note that the candidate will need to be able to pass the UAE SCA Professional Exams for Promotion Manager before being finalized for the role (for more details see: if they are unable to pass SCA accreditation, any offer will be withdrawn automatically and the company will not be required to make any restitution to the candidate).
  • A university degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial markets, investment, wealth management or financial planning; or a diploma, certificate or lower with at least 7 years of experience in the same areas.
  • Alternatively, at least 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related fields along with any of the following certifications:
    • Accredited Financial Analyst (AFA)
    • Certified Investment Professional (CIP)
    • Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF)
    • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
    • Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA)
    • Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
    • ICA Specialist Certificate in Conduct Risk
