About the Role:
The Global VP Marketing/CMO will be responsible for defining marketing objectives, setting quarterly and annual goals, and driving marketing strategies and tactics to achieve key results. This role will also involve empowering marketing team leads across business units to succeed and deliver commercial outcomes. Additionally, the successful candidate will grow addressable market for products and ecosystem through local and community management teams. They will instill a data-oriented culture through project management across social media, web, chat, content, and video assets. Furthermore, this role will support brand and PR teams to tell coherent narrative about CoinMarketCap and its products.
Define marketing objectives in partnership with senior leaders.
Set quarterly and annual goals.
Drive marketing strategies and tactics to achieve key results.
Empower marketing team leads across business units to succeed and deliver commercial outcomes.
Grow addressable market for products and ecosystem through local and community management teams.
Instill data-oriented culture through project management across social media, web, chat, content, and video assets.
Support brand and PR teams to tell coherent narrative about CoinMarketCap and its products.
10+ years of experience in technology, financial services, or fintech companies with 5 years in a leadership role in marketing function.
Demonstrated track record of delivering growth metrics such as web traffic, leads, client conversions, and revenue generation.
Understanding of managing complex product portfolios, customer audiences, and conversion funnels.
Experience managing budget and making trade-off decisions between marketing programs.
Strong project management capability and detail orientation.
Ability to manage remote-first team with diverse backgrounds and opinions.
A collaborative approach to working with senior stakeholders.
Ability to leverage professional network to achieve business objectives.
