We are a bold, globally minded consumer brand headquartered in Dubai, seeking an influential Chief Brand Officer to redefine our identity and accelerate growth across EMEA and APAC. As part of the executive team, you will shape and execute a visionary branding strategy that inspires and resonates deeply with diverse audiences. With oversight of a globally distributed team of 50 professionals, you will drive alignment, foster collaboration, and establish an industry-leading brand presence.

1. Develop and execute a long-term brand vision that aligns with business objectives, ensuring relevance and resonance in EMEA and APAC markets.
2. Establish the brand as an industry leader, balancing global coherence with localized strategies for cultural nuance.
3. Lead the creation of groundbreaking campaigns and content, leveraging emerging trends and technologies to propel the brand forward.
4. Oversee a diverse, high-performing team of 50 branding professionals across the globe, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
5. Align with cross-functional teams and represent the brand in public forums and high-profile engagements to build equity and visibility.
6. Utilize data-driven insights to refine branding strategies, ensuring engagement and growth in brand equity across diverse markets.
7. Act as the guardian of brand integrity, managing risks and leading strategic communications during pivotal moments.

• 15+ years of senior executive experience in branding, marketing, or communications, preferably in consumer industries.
• Proven expertise in scaling brands across EMEA and APAC regions, with sensitivity to market nuances.
• Exceptional creative and strategic thinking abilities, combined with data-driven decision-making.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong leadership presence, with the ability to inspire trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience navigating complex, fast-paced global organizations.
