With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success. In this role you will lead the team to give exceptional service and ensure that room service operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment.
• Previous Room Service experience with strong exposure to busy operations and high‑profile, diverse clientele.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging environment, lead, supervise and motivate staff to the highest professional standards.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required; additional languages will be highly regarded.
