About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Marketing Manager – Rooms to join Madinat Jumeirah.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager in executing marketing strategies, initiatives, and day‑to‑day operations, ensuring full alignment with brand strategy and hotel‑level brand standards.
  • Create, manage, and optimize content across digital and social platforms, including website and mobile app content, visual guidelines, image libraries, and brand audits.
  • Oversee and coordinate marketing activities across multiple properties, ensuring consistent brand positioning while tailoring strategies to the unique objectives of each hotel, spa, and events venue.
  • Act as the central marketing liaison for resort‑wide stakeholders (GMs, Spa, Events, F&B, Revenue, and Sales), aligning campaigns, timelines, and priorities across business units.
  • Plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple concurrent campaigns, launches, and digital, CRM, loyalty, and email marketing initiatives, ensuring effective execution, optimized resources, and achievement of commercial KPIs.
  • Support luxury partnerships, sponsorships, trade marketing, global sales events, and manage administrative and financial processes including budgeting, P&L support, invoicing, reporting, and competitor analysis.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Professional Degree in Marketing Communications, Business, or a related field from an accredited and reputable university.
  • Proven experience managing marketing activities across multiple properties or business units simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver consistent brand standards in a complex, multi‑property environment.
  • Strong technical skills including managing photography and film shoots, proficiency in English (local language preferred), and excellent copywriting, proofreading, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated behavioral competencies aligned with Jumeirah’s Aspire values, including strong attention to detail, effective communication, time management, prioritization, and a results‑driven mindset.
