Job summary
A leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the development and implementation of its finance strategy. This role involves providing insights to teams within the organization, managing resources efficiently through budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in financial planning and analysis, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Employment type is full-time, and the position is on-site.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating the budgeting process within FAB Asset Management including revenue forecast and expense projections.
- Preparing and monitoring the monthly management reporting process to ensure metrics are identified and tracked.
- Provide overall direction for financial management ensuring governance compliance & achievement of profitability.
- Boost overall efficiency and productivity through automation and streamlining processes.
- Engage in Business Management and Financial controls.
Lead and direct the development and implementation of the finance strategy for FAB Asset Management. Ensure world class delivery of reporting planning and evaluation activities including forecasting budgeting and FP&A. Serve as a trusted business finance advisor to other teams within FAB Asset Management providing critical insight and guidance. Direct the preparation of the overall financial budgets for FAB Asset Management. Monitor the financial performance of FAB Asset Management.
