About the Client

They are seeking a senior HR professional who can operate independently, contribute strategically, and add measurable value by strengthening HR frameworks, policies, and people practices across the organization.

Role Overview

The Senior HR Professional will be responsible for leading and managing end‑to‑end human resources functions while acting as a strategic partner to management. This role requires a mature professional who can bring fresh perspectives, develop and implement robust HR policies, and demonstrate clear seniority through scale, scope, and progression of responsibilities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, development, and offboarding.

  • Independently lead recruitment initiatives, from workforce planning and sourcing to selection, offer management, and onboarding.

  • Design and implement performance management frameworks, KPIs, appraisal systems, and performance improvement plans.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and organizational development.

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.

  • Oversee employee relations, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes with professionalism and fairness.

  • Drive learning and development initiatives by identifying skill gaps and implementing training programs aligned with business needs.

  • Manage HR documentation, contracts, policies, and confidential employee records with accuracy and discretion.

  • Collaborate with finance and management on payroll inputs, benefits administration, budgeting, and workforce planning.

  • Use HR data and analytics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism, etc.) to support strategic decision‑making.

  • Lead change management initiatives and contribute to organizational restructuring, process improvements, and culture‑building initiatives.

  • Represent HR during audits, inspections, and management reviews, ensuring readiness and compliance at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or HR certifications preferred).

  • Minimum 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated growth in responsibility, scope, and impact.

  • Proven ability to work independently and handle senior‑level HR responsibilities without close supervision.

  • Strong experience in policy development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

  • Clear evidence of seniority, including managing scale (headcount, complexity, multiple functions or business units).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics, reports, and HR systems.

  • Ability to bring fresh insights, improve existing processes, and introduce best practices.

  • Professional, positive, and solution‑oriented attitude with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Experience working in structured, compliance‑driven environments is highly preferred.
