Office Assistant



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and efficient functioning of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing shipments
- Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month.
