Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a Switchboard or Communication Center position in a five-star hotel.
• Operational knowledge of the Front Office operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an efficient telephone service to all callers.
• Handle all internal and external calls courteously.
• Maintain a logbook on each shift for guest comments.
• Report emergency calls immediately to management.
