We are delighted to announce a vacancy for an Office Assistant in Ras-al-Khaimah. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and help us to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
The key responsibilities of this role include providing administrative and clerical support, handling incoming calls and performing general office duties such as replying to emails, maintaining filing systems, photocopying and managing the front desk. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, be able to multi-task effectively and have strong communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential as we are willing to consider those with no experience.
