Business Development Associate
Commercial Manager – Abu Dhabi PMC
International PMC are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have current / recent experience in Abu Dhabi and have a proven track record of success in managing and growing commercial operations in the region.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Negotiate and manage contracts with clients
- Oversee the financial performance of the commercial team
- Manage all aspects of the sales and marketing process, including lead generation, qualifying opportunities / business development
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying
- 10+ years of experience in a Senior Commercial / Commercial management role
- MUST have extensive experience working in Abu Dhabi and have existing relationships with Developers / clients in the emirate.
- Proven track record of success in driving growth and profitability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Competitive salary of circa 50-55k AED per month + flight allowance and private medical cover.
