You will be part of the Sales department under the Certifications & Diploma Programs responsible for selling Certifications and Diploma Programs which are online self-paced and classrooms.
Products under this section also include books, certificates, and exam support.
Classroom management will also be one of your responsibilities.
Your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify, contact, and engage potential clients or customers through outbound calls, site visits, webinars, conferences, etc.
You will play a crucial role in generating leads and nurturing them to successful closures. This includes counselling, demo attendance, etc.
Drive the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing leads and converting them into customers.
This position requires excellent communication and sales skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment. And any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
