Job Summary

Chain Reaction is looking for a qualified Account Executive/Content Creator to implement social media strategies that are in line with the clients’ needs, to enhance a brand’s online presence and engagement. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage live event coverage via phone and on-site when required, ensuring timely and engaging content delivery.
  • Create high-quality, trending social media content (Reels, TikToks, short-form videos) that aligns with brand strategy and current trends.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and clients to develop social media strategies and content plans.
  • Oversee day-to-day client communication, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
  • Track content performance and contribute creative ideas for optimization and audience growth.
  • Support in campaign execution, coordination, and reporting as part of account management duties.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media content creation, account management, or a related marketing role.
  • Proven ability to produce trending short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.) independently.
  • Strong video editing skills using mobile or desktop tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and engagement strategies.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience covering live events and capturing real-time content is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
