Your Role

  • Strategic Sales Leadership : Design and implement the sales strategy for the Dubai market – with full responsibility from launch to scale
  • Build & Lead a High-Performing Team : Recruit, train, and inspire top sales talent to execute your vision
  • Drive Revenue through Tailored Financial Solutions : Collaborate with clients, understand their needs, and provide bespoke trading and investment opportunities
  • Market Monitoring & Trend Analysis : Anticipate trends, adapt strategies, and ensure continuous competitiveness
  • Administrative Excellence : Ensure regulatory compliance, contract documentation, pipeline tracking, and performance optimization

Requirements

Your Profile

  • Academic & Professional Background : Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar – leadership and sales certifications are a plus
  • Trading & Investment Knowledge : Solid expertise in financial products, trading strategies, and wealth planning
  • Leadership Excellence : Proven experience in building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Communication Skills : Clear, confident, and empathetic communicator – capable of guiding both clients and team members
  • Agile Mindset : Comfortable navigating fast-changing environments and making strategic decisions with impact
  • Language : Fluent English required – German language skills are a welcome advantage
