A leading UAE sales firm is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to focus on the HORECA and specialty retail sectors. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or service supply. Fluency in English is mandatory, and a valid UAE driving license is required. Responsibilities include identifying new clients, building networks, and closing sales. The role offers a competitive salary of AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of field sales/B2B experience in the UAE, preferably FMCG, hygiene, or service supply.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients across HORECA and specialty retail.
• Build strong local networks and drive product placements.
• Conduct client visits and relationship-building.
• Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close deals.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth delivery.
