Job summary

A leading UAE sales firm is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to focus on the HORECA and specialty retail sectors. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or service supply. Fluency in English is mandatory, and a valid UAE driving license is required. Responsibilities include identifying new clients, building networks, and closing sales. The role offers a competitive salary of AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Salary: AED 5,000 -6000 per month

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive with strong, hands‑on experience in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard new clients across HORECA, wellness centers, pet stores, and laundry chains
  • Build strong local networks and drive product placements for private label and in-house brands
  • Conduct client visits, product demos, sampling, and relationship‑building
  • Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close deals
  • Coordinate with operations and accounts for smooth delivery and invoicing
Qualifications
  • 3–4 years of field sales/B2B experience in the UAE (FMCG, hygiene, or service supply preferred)
  • Fluent in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Self-driven, personable, and target-oriented
Preferred Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools
Expected Contribution
  • Close 10–15 local HORECA/specialty retail accounts within the first 3 months
