Job summary

A global financial technology company based in Dubai seeks a Sales Executive to engage clients across Europe by guiding them through their trading journey. Responsibilities include converting leads into active traders, reactivating dormant accounts, providing product education, and maximizing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and at least 2 years of CFD/FX brokerage sales experience. This role requires fluency in a European language and a proactive approach to teamwork.

In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing clients across Europe, guiding them through the trading journey – from initial onboarding to active trading and long‑term account retention. You’ll play a key part in revenue growth by converting leads, reactivating dormant accounts, and building relationships with clients trading CFDs, FX and other multi‑asset products.
