The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and profitable operations while upholding high standards of food, service, and health and safety. This front‑of‑house role requires a professional with a friendly, confident presence who can engage warmly with guests and lead a team effectively.
- Minimum Matric or an equivalent qualification
- Computer literate (Excel and Word)
- Pilot POS experience is advantageous
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Additional local or international languages are beneficial
- Previous restaurant management experience is essential
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills
- Own transport essential
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Sober and honest habits
- Contactable references
- Willing to undergo a polygraph test if required
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Greet and host guests, manage reservations
- Ensure adherence to company uniform and service standards
- Prepare shift and weekly reports, including staff and food control
