The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operation and management of the Restaurant ensuring that all aspects of service staff management and customer satisfaction are executed to the highest standard. This role involves financial oversight inventory control staff training health and safety compliance and overall business development. The Restaurant Manager drives operational excellence profitability and guest satisfaction while upholding the companys brand standards and values.

Requirements
  • Minimum Grade 12.
  • Minimum 35 years experience in a supervisory or managerial restaurant role.
  • Proven success in staff supervision and financial management.
  • Experience with inventory control and cash handling.
  • Strong understanding of health safety and hygiene compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
