You will

Supervise and coordinate all bars across the Resort (serving between and 1, guests).

Lead and motivate a team of 10 to 20 staff members, supporting them in achieving their goals and developing their skills.

Oversee both the financial and qualitative performance of the bar service to maximize results.

Welcome, advise, and serve guests while delivering a personalized experience.

Organize bar-related events to enhance the guest experience.

Drive additional sales while optimizing the financial results of your department.

Manage stock levels and place orders for products, consumables, and small hotel equipment.

Ensure compliance with Club Med standards, as well as hygiene, safety, and legal regulations.

Foster cross-departmental collaboration with other services (F&B, sales) to improve coordination.

Master and manage administrative processes related to bar operations.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
