• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beers, and wines

• Keep up-to-date with bar inventory placing orders as needed
• Ensure all alcohol-related regulations are adhered to
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety

• South African citizenship (must provide valid ID or passport)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role (waiter or bartender)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
