Job summary
A local recruitment agency in Paarl seeks a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage communications, maintain records, and assist with financial documents. Candidates should have a Matric qualification and at least 23 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are mandatory. This is a full-time position, requiring residence or easy travel to Paarl.
Qualifications
- At least 23 years of administrative experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
