The IT Technician will assist the IT team in maintaining and co-administering the company's IT systems.

• Maintain computer and IT hardware, software, and related systems.
• Replace faulty IT hardware components when necessary.
• Work closely with system users to identify and resolve issues.

• Working knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Networking knowledge: LAN, WAN, IPSEC, TCP/IP.
• Skilled in Active Directory and Azure.
• Experience with printer management.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar software is advantageous.
• Certifications such as MCSE / MCSA, or IT courses like A+, N+, CompTIA are preferred.

• Manage daily technical operations.
• Assist in overseeing secure, efficient server and network architecture.
• Support Help Desk services to ensure effective assistance.
• Assist in managing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Provide hardware and software support to employees.

• Understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication skills across all staff levels.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Dependable and flexible.
• Valid driver's license and own transport; willingness to travel between branch offices.
