Job summary
A leading technology company in Johannesburg is seeking an End User Computing Technician to provide first and second level desktop support. The ideal candidate will have a National Higher Certificate in IT and at least one year of corporate experience in service management or end user support. Responsibilities include installation and configuration of IT equipment, supporting local IT resources, and performing administrative tasks. This position offers growth within a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 and National Higher Certificate in IT (NQF Level 5) with A+/N+.
- At least 1 year of corporate experience in Service Management or End User Support.
- Experience with LAN infrastructures, servers, desktops, and related peripherals.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level LAN & desktop support within SLA targets.
- Install and configure new IT equipment.

Maintenance and support to ensure the availability of the services according to prescribed procedures, policies, standards and SLA’s. Ensure the resolution of hardware and software service requests, incidents and problem within End User Computing and all related LAN infrastructure.
