Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in an IT support or helpdesk environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related incidents.
  • Log and track calls through the IT Service Management system.
  • Provide remote support using approved tools.
