Manage Rolling Stock Manufacturing activities through 6 Elementary production units performing boiler making, welding and painting. Ensure the delivery commitments On Safety, On Time, On Quality and On Cost. In this respect, the person in charge complies with Ethics and Compliance policies.

Functional skills include profound knowledge of Special Processes (Welding, painting, riveting, torque tightening), industrial management, manufacturing processes and technologies, configuration & change management, and team management including cross-functional teams. Also required are environment, health & safety rules and regulations, lean management tools, and knowledge of supply chain and quality processes. Leadership, business acumen, innovation, and diversity management skills are essential.
