Job summary
A leading Support-as-a-Service company is seeking a Chat Support Consultant in Pretoria, South Africa. In this fully remote role, you will provide high-quality customer support for crypto trading, requiring native Dutch and strong English proficiency. You will engage with customers through live chat and email while handling inquiries and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market conditions. The position also offers flexible schedules and a supportive work environment focused on self-development.

Qualifications
- At least 6 months of live chat support experience, preferably in crypto or financial services.
- Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience is preferred.
- CRM experience in Salesforce is an advantage.
