  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial procedures and company policies.
  • Assist with payroll processing and statutory submissions (PAYE, UIF, VAT, etc.).
  • Support auditors during financial audits.
  • Handle general administrative and bookkeeping duties as required.
