Job summary
A specialist recruitment firm is seeking a Recruitment Consultant (Education/SEND) to manage end-to-end recruitment within the UK education and public sectors. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of recruitment experience, particularly in education, healthcare, or public sector roles. You will focus on building candidate pipelines, developing client relationships, and delivering a high-quality service. This role offers flexibility with remote working and opportunities for commission-based earnings.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in the UK market
- Experience in education, SEND, healthcare, or public sector recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment compliance and contract management
Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to post-placement.
- Build and maintain talent pools of Educational Psychologists and SEN professionals.
- Proactively develop relationships with schools and private organisations.
