About the Role
A specialist recruitment firm operating across the UK and Europe is seeking a skilled Recruitment Delivery Consultant (180 Recruiter) to join its Cape Town-based team. The company partners with leading organizations going through digital transformation, business change, and large-scale IT projects delivering top-tier talent that drives real impact.
This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with UK market knowledge and a strong background in sourcing Change, Transformation, and Technology professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively identify and attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, networking, and referrals.
- Engage professionals within the Change, Transformation, and Technology markets.
- Build and maintain a strong and targeted talent pipeline.
- Candidate Qualification & Screening: Conduct pre-screening calls and first-stage interviews to evaluate experience, skills, and cultural alignment.
- Match candidates to UK market roles, ensuring compliance with visa/work eligibility and IR35 considerations.
- Candidate & Stakeholder Management: Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.
- Share relevant market insights and salary benchmarking to support candidate decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records within the ATS and candidate database.
- Collaboration & Team Support: Partner with 360 Recruiters and Account Managers to deliver talent for UK-based clients.
- Support delivery across both permanent and contract recruitment assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Delivery Consultant, or 180 Recruiter.
- Strong experience recruiting into the UK market (essential), ideally within Change & Transformation, IT, or senior-level roles (both temp and perm).
- Skilled in sourcing and qualifying candidates in competitive, fast-moving sectors.
- Confident in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and ATS systems.
- Solid understanding of UK IR35 legislation for temp/contract roles.
- Excellent communication, candidate management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work to deadlines in a high-performance environment.
- Background in senior finance or senior HR recruitment would be advantageous.
