We have an exciting opportunity to join the global HR Transformation team at DHL Supply Chain as the HR Internal Control Systems and Strategic Projects Senior Expert! This critical global role combines compliance, innovation, and leadership to shape the future of HR at DHL Supply Chain. As the HR Internal Controls System (ICS) and Strategic Projects Sr Expert, you'll define and embed process‑related internal controls that safeguard the integrity of HR operations and ensure compliance with management policies. Working closely with the Global HR Business Process Optimization team and regional HR ICS leads, you'll validate controls across countries, ensuring they are effectively localized and operational.
Beyond HR ICS, you'll lead strategic global HR projects that drive digital transformation, acting as Project Manager for initiatives sponsored by the Division or Group HR Board. Partnering with regional HR teams, you'll accelerate the adoption of innovative HR technologies and standardized processes worldwide.
