Formación
Proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role.
Extensive experience with PHP 8+, MySQL 8, JavaScript, HTML & CSS.
Advantageous experience with integrating software solutions into various CX platforms.
Responsabilidades
Oversee the Conversation Automation stack and integrate Virtual Agents.
Provide architectural guidance and ensure quality delivery.
Support Sales with technical pre-sales and customer queries.
Lead a team of Technical Consultants to ensure project success.
Research emerging technologies for the Virtual Agent stack.
