A leading precision engineering company in South Africa, specializing in CNC machining, is seeking an experienced quality inspector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the precision industry and advanced CMM programming skills. Responsibilities include analyzing engineering drawings, performing inspections, and programming inspection machines using PC-DMIS software. Applications are open until 16/02/2026, and only those from Cape Town will be considered.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings along with the ability to interpret the specs as well as GD &T (Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Analyze and interpret drawings, data, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, and identify appropriate measuring instruments as required.
Product verification by conforming specifications; conducting visual and measurement inspections; communicating required adjustments to the concerned.
Perform Incoming/In-process Inspections and Final Inspections, as assigned.
Document inspection results by completing reports and logs.
Ability to program CMM Machine to perform inspection using PC-DMIS software.
Analyze CMM outputs and measurement data and make recommendations on adjustments and\or corrections.
