• National Diploma or equivalent in food technology, natural science, or related field
• Computer literacy in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• 1-2 years experience in Quality Assurance and Control
• High attention to detail
• Good communication skills with staff
• Strict adherence to standards
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to maintain routine administration

1. Analyze product defects and compile reports
2. Verify quality control records, test results, and reports
3. Conduct verification checks on production records and validate processes
4. Liaise with production to implement root cause analysis for non-conformances detected
5. File daily records
6. Assist with internal and external audits
7. Releasing/approval & restriction of products
8. Capture data for reports
9. Perform online quality checks and monitor defects
10. Monitor repacking process, record defects, and analyze trends
11. Maintain housekeeping, cleaning, and sanitation standards
12. Assist in customer and consumer complaint investigations
13. Investigate NCRs with production and maintenance
14. Conduct process audits to ensure control
15. Release lines for production and conduct line clearances
16. Monitor implementation of action plans and report progress
17. Identify non-conforming products and determine cutoff times
