A leading mining solutions provider is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to enhance workplace relations and ensure compliance with labour legislation. This role is integral in developing employee relations strategy, managing grievances, and providing essential legal advice. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and have 3-5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to CCMA and Bargaining Council processes. The position offers a chance to shape the employee relations climate within a dynamic organization.
