Job summary
A prominent university in South Africa is seeking a Logistics, Warehouse Fleet and Distribution professional to manage all stock and materials associated with project builds. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in project coordination and strong administrative capabilities with ERP systems. In this role, you will ensure accurate planning, allocation, and documentation to support timely project execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in project stock or materials coordination.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or project-based environments.
- Strong administrative capabilities required.
Responsibilities
- Manage all stock, components, and materials for project builds.
- Ensure accurate planning, allocation, issuing, packing, tracking, and documentation.
- Support on-time fabrication, dispatch, and site execution.
