This role involves overseeing all commercial aspects of projects while managing contracts and procurement. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, an MBA is advantageous, and over 12 years of experience in the Mining industry. Strong negotiation skills and techno-commercial acumen are essential. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• 12+ years relevant experience leading the Commercial function in Mining projects.
• Proven experience in EPC/EPCM type contracts.
• Solid understanding of commercial contracting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all commercial aspects from contracting to procurement and legal management.
• Drive project spend reduction and manage contract performance.
• Ensure supply chain assurance and implement process governance.
• Utilize analytics and dashboards for decision-making.
