- Supervise and coordinate dispatch activities during the night shift.
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure efficiency and on-time service.
- Lead, guide, and motivate dispatch staff to achieve operational targets.
- Handle queries, challenges, and escalations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational standards.
- Prepare and submit shift reports to management.
- Maintain effective communication with drivers, warehouse, and management.
- Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or transport coordination.
- Prior supervisory/leadership experience is essential.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and people management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, dispatch systems, etc.).
