We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader (Mobile) based in uMtubatuba – Kwa Zulu Natal.

You bring:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Proven experience as a promoter
• A track record of exceeding quotas
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different personalities

What you’ll do for the brand:

• Collaborate with Area Managers to meet targets
• Plan marketing campaigns and events
• Manage promotional activities and marketing materials
• Manage stock levels and usage reports
• Use Promo Tracker to measure campaign effectiveness
• Conduct market research for improvements
• Recruit and interview team members
• Manage sales agents' performance, targets, and HR functions
• Oversee team attendance and leave
• Identify potential outlets for Top Up Voucher visits
• Organize ongoing training for sales agents
• Complete weekly training and reporting
• Ensure cash-up procedures are followed and shortages reported
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, branding, inspections, and servicing
• Submit daily reports and perform other duties as required
