  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process workflows, and quality control checkpoints.
  • Lead, train, and develop the warehouse team while ensuring health and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with cutting room, procurement, and production planning teams to align inventory with production schedules.
