Hello Group is seeking to appoint a dedicated Dispatch Team Lead who is responsible for managing and coordinating the dispatch function within the warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfilment, correct stock movement, and timely courier handovers.

The role ensures that high-value and serialized stock (e.g., SIM cards, devices) is handled according to security and compliance standards (including RICA requirements).

The role also leads the dispatch team, ensures adherence to SLAs, maintains stock traceability, and drives productivity and process improvements.
