Job summary
A technology company is seeking a Mobile Unit Team Leader based in Durban. In this permanent role, you will recruit street Sim Agents and manage daily activities to ensure efficient SIM activations. Candidates must have a Matric qualification, a valid driver's license (PDP), and excellent communication skills. Flexibility to travel and work extended hours as needed is required. This position involves driving project plans, overseeing agent activities, and managing stock distribution.

Responsibilities
- Drive project plans in line with the SIM Strategy.
- Manage daily activity of Mobile Sim Agents.
- Grow the number of activated Mobile Agents.
- Ensure agents achieve their daily and monthly targets.
- Manage stock distribution for efficiency.
- Capture all mobile agents on Geo Rep.
- Maintain vehicle and ensure PDP license is valid.
- Manage and execute network campaigns.
- Handle ADHOC projects.

We are looking for a Mobile Unit Team Leader in Mpumalanga, You would be required to recruit street Sim Agents to activate Flash sim cards. Transport key agents throughout a region to achieve efficient Sim Activations.
- Drive Project plans inline of the SIM Strategy to increase VABS in region.
- Manage the daily activity of the Mobile Sim Agents.
- Grow the number of activate Mobile Agents.
- Ensure that Mobile agents achieve their daily and monthly targets.
- Manage the stock distribution with each mobile agent to achieve the best efficiencies.
- Ensure that that each mobile agent is captured on Geo Rep.
- Ensure that the vehicle is well maintained and that his/her PDP license is always valid.
- Ensure that all network campaigns are well managed and executed.
